The Privacy Policy specifies the principles of processing personal data at Agronom Berries sp. z o.o. The Cookies Policy specifies the principles of saving and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the purposes of providing services electronically by the Website Administrator.

2. Principles and purposes of personal data processing
In order to ensure compliance of personal data processing with the currently applicable legal regulations in the area of personal data protection and to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of our customers, employees, contractors, Agronom Berries Sp. z o.o. has introduced a data protection policy and other documents in its organization that serve the principle of accountability, resulting from Article 5 of the GDPR. The Company obtains and processes personal data on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:
- performance of the contract or taking actions necessary to conclude it (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR) in connection with activities concerning, among others, the conclusion of a service provision agreement
- legal obligation incumbent on the administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR) in connection with the performance of tasks resulting from legal provisions, e.g. the Labor Code.
- performance of objectives resulting from the legitimate interest of the Administrator or by a third party (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR) in connection with the analysis and response to an inquiry submitted by telephone or e-mail and in connection with activities conducted in social media)
- performance of promotional activities (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR) in the scope of publishing the image on the website and social media.
- Handling of applications using the application form, (Article 6, paragraph 1, letters c and b of the GDPR).
Agronom Berries Sp. z o.o. protects personal data using appropriate technical and organizational security measures aimed at ensuring the security of personal data and avoiding accidental or intentional interference/modification of such data, their loss, destruction or obtaining unauthorized access to them by third parties.
Agronom Berries sp. z o.o. takes all necessary measures to ensure that subcontractors and other cooperating entities guarantee the application of appropriate security measures whenever they process personal data on behalf of the Company.
3. Social media
Agronom Berries sp. z o.o. has public profiles on social media Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Therefore, it processes data left by people visiting these profiles (including comments, likes, internet identifiers). The personal data of such people are processed in order to enable them to be active on the profiles, to effectively manage the profiles, by presenting users of the portals with information about initiatives and other activities, in connection with promoting various types of events, services and products, for statistical and analytical purposes and for pursuing claims and defending against claims. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in social media is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR), consisting in promoting its own brand and improving the quality of the services provided, and if necessary – pursuing claims and defending against claims.
4. Data recipients, rights of data subjects
The recipients of Users’ personal data, depending on the purpose of processing, may be: shipping companies, IT solution providers, banks, insurance companies, support companies, telecommunications service providers, authorized state authorities
Persons using our service have the right to request access to their personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if it is considered that the personal data provided are processed in breach of the provisions of the above-mentioned regulation.
They also have the right to object to the processing of personal data when it is based on a legitimate interest or consent to promotional activities. In the event that the processing of personal data is based on the person’s consent to the processing of personal data, they also have the right to withdraw this consent. This withdrawal does not affect the compliance of the processing with applicable law, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5. Obligation to provide data.
Providing personal data is obligatory if the basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 letters C and B. Failure to provide them results in the inability to conclude a contract and fulfill the obligation incumbent on the Administrator. In the case of data processed on the basis of consent, their provision is voluntary. Failure to provide them does not result in any negative consequences for the data subject.
